There's a download Flaw. Which seems like a cheat(!) too me. Some people using this site can download there own skins as many times as they want and it will be recorded which is why I'm reaching out to you to Fix it(!) *It might be unfair towards the other people using this site*
Unfortunately, not all people register on the site, so it is unrealistic to track downloads for each user, as anyone has the right to download skins. In addition, popular skins are sorted by likes, and only registered users can put likes. So the number of downloads is secondary.
