NCR Elite Riot Gear

A modified version of the skin, original from skinnova(credits to the orginal owner). Was modified and added with a few additions and details for the sake of it making this was really fun and adding the small stuff and details were pretty good. Thanks for using this skin and credits to the orginal maker of this pretty good skin. And this skin is of course based off the Elite Riot Gear from Fallout: New Vegas obtained by the main protagonist, The Courier. The armor is located on the top floor of the Third Street Municipal Building in the area of the Divide just outside of Ulysses' Temple. It is found on a dead ghoulified NCR riot control member next to a sniper rifle. -Ps. This has been updated because of the annoying issue of the gloves
