I don't know where you tested this skin, i can tell you that this skin don't work in the most of server cause the too much invisible pixels. This skin work well only in the private world.

Could you please test re-uploading this skin to the website and let me know what you think?
I've added transparency to the rendering, but I'm not sure if it looks right or if I should revert it-since in-game, transparency only applies to the overlay layer.
